One of our client had an inquiry for a 3D metal pins. This was only a sample order. The client wanted to impress his client with a complete sample.
Problem with this inquiry was that the client only had a sample, no artwork,
drawing or any 3D drawing.
In normal case we can make a 3D scan to make the artwork, but this Is very costly and there was only a sample request. When we use the sample to replicate the mold we reach around 90 % of the actually sample. We told this to the client and they accepted to make the sample. Our factory succeeded to make the sample 98 % similar to the origin. We sent the sample to the client and we later had an order for making this pins.

2 weeks before the Chinese New Year Holiday SBSL received an inquiry from a customer who asked for Umbrellas. There was a quite difficult but a very nice imprint attached with the inquiry. The delivery was needed to be made before Chinese New Year.
We called our friend factory for umbrella since we worked close with for many years, can you help us with this order. They made a big effort for us and then in the end of course for our client and made a very good shipment within 10 days after we received the inquiry.
The factory could close for CNY, we also went home for celebration and the client and there
customer had very nice umbrellas for there nice campaign. We used 10 days for this order in totally and in that time we had a sample for approval, production, inspection of the factory and shipment to the airport.
