Metal Pins

One of our client had an inquiry for a 3D metal pins. This was only a sample order. The client wanted to impress his client with a complete sample.
Problem with this inquiry was that the client only had a sample, no artwork,
drawing or any 3D drawing.
In normal case we can make a 3D scan to make the artwork, but this Is very costly and there was only a sample request. When we use the sample to replicate the mold we reach around 90 % of the actually sample. We told this to the client and they accepted to make the sample. Our factory succeeded to make the sample 98 % similar to the origin. We sent the sample to the client and we later had an order for making this pins.
